Made this for my canasta crew....they loved it! It was so easy. I did put out some great hot sauce to serve with it. Definitely a keeper!

Followed reviewer's suggestion to increase ingredients by half for a 9 x 13 pan; worked great, added a can of mushrooms, drained, to recipe and some seasonings (garlic powder, dash of chili powder). Will make again because it is so easy to make, uncomplicated ingredients and it tastes good.

Wonderful basic recipe for quiche. I have also added vegetables and it is still great. Try using turkey bacon or ham instead of bacon, or use a different kind of cheese (cheddar, provolone, colby, etc.). I usually skip the butter and put a little more cheese on top (about 5-10 minutes before it si finished). This is also a great "make it the night before" recipe for a holiday brunch - just heat it up in the microwave the next morning (remember to use a microwave-safe dish).

This was a mediocre recipe. I found it odd that this recipe called for no seasonings whatsoever. I used some, nonetheless and it was still way too bland. I also poured it all into a crust, which is really the only way I'd make a quiche...otherwise it's more of a souffle, in my opinion.

We substituted ham for bacon and added some spinach. The second time around we prepared it in a premade crust. Fabulous both times.

I am a busy Mom of three small children and this was so easy to put together. Everyone enjoyed it. I used a well drained can of spinach and bacon. I also added a tsp. of ground mustard and 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper. Yummy with cheddar and jack cheese too. Great recipe!

This has now become my favorite quiche recipe. I have made it three times without modifying the recipe and my family loves it! I made it last night on our "breakfast for dinner" night and added frozen spinach on top of the bacon. All I can say is YUM!

We really liked this recipe. It was easy to put together and tastes great. I substituted cheddar cheese because that's what I had on hand and also added diced ortega chiles.

Great stuff! This is very close to the Quiche my grandma made when I was little. It was easy to make and the only thing I did different was adding a little garlic powder.

I actually forgot to add the Swiss Cheese and this came out wonderfully. It was moist and light. I made it the day before, under cooked it, by 5 min. When heating it the next day I used a 350 degree oven for 30 min. Next time I'll make two.

Excellent quiche -- and so versatile. I made one as described in the recipe and one with chicken and asparagus. They puffed up dramatically in the oven, and were great when it was ime to eat them. This is a delicious, easy, versatile recipe and one I will use many times.

Three Stars. Because to me, It just don't taste as good as traditional quiche. Of course this is a quick version, and it works. But I find the other just, as easy. Now, for the positive side. =) It's a good, quick, and easy recipe. And it tastes not bad. We ate it for breakfast, and Im going to eat it for lunch. Thanks for this recipe. =)

With modifications this is a 5 star recipe. I eliminated the butter & bacon and used dried onions instead of fresh...much easier. I also added steamed broccoli on top of the cheese (used mozarella since that's what I had) and added 1/4 tsp dried mustard & 1/8 tsp white pepper. It was fantastic!

holy moly, what a quick, convenient, good tasting recipe!! if you take the basics of it, the egg, milk, flour, salt, and egg/cheese bottom, you can add anything to this to make it your own, and it tastes fantastic!!! thank you!
