Great recipe, works with a variety of add in's. One word of warning though, make sure whatever meat you add is hot or else it wont cook properly. :)

This is a great, quick way to use up some extra eggs and whatever cheese and veggies you have lying around! I usually don't like the crust of quiche, and with this recipe, who needs it?!?

Like others, I used what I had in the cupboard ... and made it my own. GREAT idea for the pancake flour ... all out of Bisquick, so that was a plus !! I sauteed onions, garlic and celery, blanched some fresh asparagus with frozen peas, added more cheese ( a mix of Gruyere and Jack ), added heavy whipping cream instead of milk, put in 1/2 can of diced tomatoes (strained) and mixed the whole thing up. Bravo to all those who contributed and made this a keeper for me !!

Great recipe for a quick and easy meal that people with all sorts of different tastes can enjoy. Also great when other things are thrown in, like chopped green peppers, broccoli or sliced mushrooms... you know, whatever is leftover in my fridge.

Two words: EASY and YUM! I measured everything the night before and mixed it in the morning. I ommitted the onions. One thing I love about this is that everything goes in one bowl. Less mess, less hassle. I will keep this one in the recipe box for sure! Thanks!

Note for those new to making quiche: Try not to add any more than 3 ingredients. I learned that by adding more than that, your quiche tends to look and taste more like a pizza! 5 stars for prividing me the perfect ratio of flour and milk. The quiche rose in the oven perfectly in my 9" stoneware pie pan and browned beautifully. Like others, I used what was on-hand: didn't have Swiss & used Monterey Jack, I also sauted chopped onion because I had fresh mushrooms and sauted them with the onion which helped by using the cook's required amount of melted butter. Delicious and easy!

I used crumbled vegetarian sausage instead of bacon, cheddar cheese, and bell pepper instead of onion, but the basic recipe is still the same since it's SO versatile! Also added about 1/8 teaspoon baking powder because so many other reviewers used pancake mix, which I don't have. I accidentally mixed the cheese in with the other ingredients but it still formed a nice crust. Next time I'll try sprinkling the cheese in the bottom of the dish. In any case, it turned out wonderfully- my fiance had 2 servings- and I'm already thinking of different things to put in this quiche. Ham and swiss, pesto and tomato, pepperoni and mushrooms... there are so many possibilities!

This is an awesome recipe! I made this for a brunch for a dozen people and EVERYONE raved about it. I made it in a frozen deep dish pie crust and substituted scallions for the onions to add a little color. I also used cheddar because I didn't have any swiss on hand. It came out perfect.

This was great! I made it 2 weeks ago for my fiance and I. We took the leftovers up for a ski trip the next day and it was even better the 2nd day. Since I live in Colorado (altitude issues) and was using a 9 inch round glass baking dish. I had to add about 20 minutes of baking time, but it was fantastic. I used Colby/Jack, but will try Swiss next time, and maybe a bit less Onion.

I made two, one with Sausage, Moz chesse, green onion, mushrooms and pancake mix instead of flour. The other had bacon, red peppers, mushroom, jack cheese and flour. I like the bacon one better, but I think it is because bacon brought more flavor then sausage. All in all it was a great recipe.
