Incredibly easy recipe. No swiss cheese in the house and I don't eat meat, so revised it this way: bottom layer - shredded sharp cheddar next layer up - chopped onions next layer up - sun dried tomatoes next layer up - crumbled feta cheese I added minced garlic, pepper, and basil to the egg mixture then poured this over the layers. Cooked up beautifully. A nice, savory vegetarian dish!

Best recipe yet from your site! What a hit at the potluck! My changes to the recipe included: I used half Swiss and half English Coastal Chedder, sauted the onions & about 1/4 cup of a red pepper sliced in small ribbons--added cooked broccoli from the night before. I spread these ingredients in a layer over the bacon & cheese as someone said their ingredients migrated to the edges. I used no salt. Recipe cooked in exactly 35 minutes. I decorated top with a sprig of fresh basil. Thanks for an easy, versatile recipe that tastes delicious! Marcie Hines

This is what you call easy breezy. I made this using plain old mature cheddar (I did not have Swiss at the time) and it was a hit. If I did not put my foot down, based on the continued requests at home, I would have been making quiche for a week. You cannot go wrong with this one.

It was very good, I might swap out the flour with Bisquick next time to make it a little more fluffy.

I just want to say thank you so much for this mouth watering recipe. My girlfriend threw a baby shower for her daugter and invited 60 people to the brunch and everyone rave about the quick quiche.

This was a yummy recipe for quiche. I didn't have a pie pan, so I used a square glass pan about the same size and cooked it for 45 minutes. I served the quiche with La Victoria green sauce, and it completely hit the spot! I'm totally using this recipe again!

This is sooo easy! And very tasty! I put a whole bunch of stuff in here...cube turkey, broccoli, ham, fresh cubed tomatoes on top. What a crowd pleaser. Use farm fresh eggs for even better color!

This turned out really well. I added some thawed-and-patted-dry spinach and some broccoli that I had left over. Thanks for an easy and tasty recipe!

This was an "okay" quiche in my books. It was easy and quick, but didn't look as pretty or taste quite as good as I was hoping it to. I might make it again, but we'll see.

Very very good! I followed the recipie, with the exception of substituting Colby/Jack instead of swiss because I'm not such a big fan. This turned out splendidly for my veryy first time making any sort of quiche! My only complaint, if any, is that the amount of salt added in addition to the bacon made it ever so slightly saltier than I might have wanted. But this will be an easy fix the next time I make this, which will be very soon! The "crust" came out perfect, and I look forward to experimenting with adding other ingredients in the future. Thanks!

My picky husband and I absolutely loved this. I took another reviewer's tip and let it bake in my glass pie plate 45 minutes and it was PERFECT! I also used very lowfat ingredients including 1/2 cup Hormel real bacon bits, 1 cup Eggbeaters, & 3 oz of 50% reduced fat swiss cheese. It was still awesome and the texture was perfect. I hadn't thought about making a quiche without the crust but this certainly has changed my mind! Thank you so much for the recipe.

Not a big pastry fan so this recipe was a perfect choice for me. Excellent base to add what you have available, namely grated carrot, red bell pepper, spinach, feta and mozzarella cheeses, I used cooked chicken instead of bacon. Didn't have enough eggs so used the three I had and it came out fantastic! Will make this again and again.

I cut the bacon into tiny pieces before frying it, so I wouldn't have to crumble it later. After pouring off the grease, I sauteed the onions (and added some mushrooms) in the pan for a couple minutes, as other reviewers suggested. For some reason this took a lot longer to cook than it should have - at 35 min, the outside was done, but the center was still wet. I finally had to turn off the oven and just leave it in there for an hour since we had an appt. It was very tasty though and I'm looking forward to trying it again with different fillings.

I loved not having to make a traditional crust, and it was still nice and crunchy! I used mozarella/provolone with turkey bacon; and I used what I had on hand to fill it, which turned out to be red bell pepper, broccoli, carrots, and fresh rosemary. I really think the rosemary enhanced the flavor and made the dish! Anyways it's a great recipe, great base, will be adding this to my regular recipes! Thanks!

Quick and easy, I fried up the bacon then sauted the onions in a cast iron pan. Then added the cheese and topped w/ the milk and flour mixture, baked for 35 minutes with no broiling needed to brown. Thanks so much for the quick meal recipe!
