Wow--what a surprise! I was just expecting something that was "Quick" and not expecting it to be as tasty as this was. I added mushrooms and green onions to a little of the bacon grease and threw that in the mix. We loved it and I am planning on making this again for just me to munch on for a few days since I am going to go back to eating low-carb Monday morning.

Delicious. I did use 1/2 cup of pancake mix instead of the flour, but it would have been just as good with the flour. Thanks for a great recipe. It was quick and easy....just the kind I like when I am feeling too tired to cook.

This was tasty and easy. I didn't pay attention to the pan size and ended up using my 8-in. pie plate instead. I increased the baking time by 10 minutes and it was perfect. Can't wait to try it again with other veggies and cheeses!

Such a nice, easy recipe! I used cheddar cheese and added mushrooms and fresh spinach. It heated up really well in the microwave. Like some of the other reviewers mentioned, I think I will cut the butter (or at least reduce it) from the recipe next time. It was a little bit too rich and oily with it.

I never knew I could make quiche before! This recipe was a great change of pace from the other recipes I had been making for my family. I substituted a different kind of cheese and removed the bacon. I think I could add just about anything found on an omelet to this dish and it would still be great!

Beyond wonderful just as printed. I have made dozens of times and added what I had to the filling, ham, chicken, mushrooms etc.

I admit that I added a little red pepper and mushroom to the onion, which I sauteed ahead of time in about a tablespoon of the bacon fat. The quiche turned out great. I will be making this again.

We thought this was pretty good. I'm not sure if it is supposed to do this or not, but my flour sunk to the bottom and formed a sort of gummy crust between the bacon pieces...that's why its not a 5 star (we like crunchier crusts). Also, if your quiche isn't done when you pull it out (mine tricked me) then pop it in the microwave for a few minutes!

Great inspiration recipe. I doubled the ingredients as I added zucchini and mushrooms. I precooked the onions with the vegetables sauteeing them together, seasoned them with ground garlic, cumin and ground oregano. I used mild cheddar cheese and combined 3/4 of it with the mix, sprinkled the top with the rest of the cheese, the crumbled bacon and Italian seasoned breadcrumbs for a crispy crust on top. Delicious!

I used turkey breast instead of bacon. I only used one egg yolk and an extra egg white. Replaced swiss with mozzarella cheese. Added brocoli. Even with all these changes, it turned out great! Highly recommend it!

This has become one of my go to recipes. I mix up the ingredients all the time. Last night I sauteed mushrooms and scallions, let them cool before putting in the bottom of my dish, then added chopped bits of smoked salmon. OMG, it was so delicious! It was gobbled right up by my friends, who didn't seem to notice that there was no true crust.

This was a little more bland than I expected it to be. However, I used Colby Jack rather than swiss (because that's what I had). Next time, I'll use the swiss. I'll definitely make it again, however. We ate it for dinner with a spinach salad.

Incredibly easy recipe. No swiss cheese in the house and I don't eat meat, so revised it this way: bottom layer - shredded sharp cheddar next layer up - chopped onions next layer up - sun dried tomatoes next layer up - crumbled feta cheese I added minced garlic, pepper, and basil to the egg mixture then poured this over the layers. Cooked up beautifully. A nice, savory vegetarian dish!

Best recipe yet from your site! What a hit at the potluck! My changes to the recipe included: I used half Swiss and half English Coastal Chedder, sauted the onions & about 1/4 cup of a red pepper sliced in small ribbons--added cooked broccoli from the night before. I spread these ingredients in a layer over the bacon & cheese as someone said their ingredients migrated to the edges. I used no salt. Recipe cooked in exactly 35 minutes. I decorated top with a sprig of fresh basil. Thanks for an easy, versatile recipe that tastes delicious! Marcie Hines

This is what you call easy breezy. I made this using plain old mature cheddar (I did not have Swiss at the time) and it was a hit. If I did not put my foot down, based on the continued requests at home, I would have been making quiche for a week. You cannot go wrong with this one.

It was very good, I might swap out the flour with Bisquick next time to make it a little more fluffy.

This was a yummy recipe for quiche. I didn't have a pie pan, so I used a square glass pan about the same size and cooked it for 45 minutes. I served the quiche with La Victoria green sauce, and it completely hit the spot! I'm totally using this recipe again!
