I have made many quiches and none of them have ever turned out. This was by far the easiest one to make and the best tasting. I didn't have Swiss cheese so I used Monterey Jack cheese. My kids and husband and our small group all really liked it.

I really enjoyed this recipe. It was easy and tasted great. I used 4 pieces of thick apple cinnamon bacon from the deli. I also used white cheddar instead of swiss. It took about 50 minutes to cook. I look forward to making it again and adding ingredients. It's perfect for me because I don't like pie crust. Thanks for posting.

This is the first quiche I have ever made. It was absolutely delicious. Super easy and quick. Used cheddar, mozzarella,& parmesan cheeses instead of Swiss and added a few more spices like garlic, thyme, and pepper. I'm going to make it for a meeting next week! Thank you!

Awesome, quick and easy!! I used pancake mix instead of flour and it turned out perfect. Also, I only had cheddar cheese and turkey bacon on hand and it tasted fine. Recipe definately leaves a lot of room for alteration.

YUM! I just realized I only used about half the recipe of bacon. I was going to half the recipe then changed my mind... I like leftovers. Forgot to up the bacon though. It was great with just the 4 pieces though :) Only other minor tweaks were using cheddar cheese because it's what I had and threw in some chopped parsley to use it up from another recipe. I took the advice of another and blended the mixture, super fast! I used a metal pie pan and baked the 35 minutes... would probably bake another 2 minutes or so next time. YUM!!! I impressed myself =)

Made this for a simple supper last night. Used gruyere cheese (that's what I had), and bacon. I also added about 1 tsp hot sauce to batter. I think I like it better than quiche with a regular pie crust and it's certainly eaay. I will definitely make again.

This is a great recipe. Like others, I made a few changes to the recipe. I substituted 8 thin-sliced deli ham slices for the bacon, and substituted 2 oz of shredded Cheddar for half of the Swiss cheese. I also added 1/8 tsp of black pepper to the recipe, and decreased the salt to 1/2 tsp. I sauteed the onions in the butter in the microwave for a minute before adding to the other ingredients. Baked it for 40 min. Our family loved it, with my husband declaring that it deserved "award-winning" status. Tasted great cold, too. Thanks for an excellent crustless quiche recipe.

This recipe is fantastic. This recipe is so versatile! I like quiche, but don't like eating the crust (not because I don't like the taste but because I know all of those calories are going to my hips. I have made this recipe a few times with various "what-ever was left in the fridge" ingredients. I have used deli ham and cheddar, then I used low fat mexican cheese and some frozen broccoli. You can put just about anything in this recipe and it will turn out perfect. I have even used half eggbeaters and half eggs and I always use skim milk and it sets just fine. I love how a "crust" forms on the bottom from the cheese, but it isn't really a crust.

I love this recipe! It's such a great way to make a meal out of eggs w/o just making a boring old fried egg or omelet. I used caramelized onions I had in the fridge, bits of blue cheese, and beef bacon (I live in a Muslim country and can't get real bacon. This looks and tastes quite different, but has a nice smoky flavor nevertheless). I found it was saltier if the cheese and bacon were concentrated at the bottom, so for my second try at it, I mixed the bacon in with the rest of the ingredients, and I sprinkled the cheese on in the last few minutes, so it was bubbly on top instead of crusty on the bottom. I guess it makes it more like an egg casserole, but whatever you call it, it's delicious! Thanks for a great recipe that's easy and frugal, too! :)

Easy and very good. The consistency of it was good, not drippy and it is good that there is not too much cheese. I did 2 of the 4 eggs using only the whites and used mostly skim for the milk. I omitted the bacon and did broccoli and mushrooms. Even with all the changes it was really good.

This came out great! I had never attempted a quiche before and was taking it to a football brunch, so I was pretty apprehensive. Everyone really liked it. The only change I made was I omitted the onion and added spinach. I would have given this recipe 5 stars, but I had to cook this quiche for almost an hour. I don't know if I added too much of something by mistake or what. But altogether, a great recipe.

Turned out very well! I only used 1/2 the amount of bacon and sprinkled paprika on the top prior to putting in the oven. I think next time I'll use a little less butter. Served with a spinach salad this was a tasty, easy dinner.
