I hate pie crust so i thought this would make a great alternative to the standard quiche, but not at all. Next time i would rather skip the flour cut out some milk and leave the rest the same. It was extremely bland, make sure to put in lots of pepper or maybe a louisiana seasoning to kick it up.

This turned out really well. I did saute the onion in a bit of the bacon grease, as well as add some chopped broccoli. I will make this again when wanting a quick quiche....

This is a great quick quiche! Having backyard chickens I am always looking for good egg recipes and this one is a keeper! I don't like making pie crusts from scratch (unless it's the holiday season) and I refuse to buy the ones loaded with chemicals so this seemed the perfect compromise. I love how the slight crust forms at the bottom of the pan and how you can mix up with basic recipe with different veggies and different cheeses.

Super easy and yummy. I added a little chopped jalepeno in the egg mixture, and some Tabasco on top of individual servings. AWESOME!

awesome recipe! I made it for my breakfast club and it was full success. I did not add any butter since the bacon was greasy enough, also followed the advices here and reduced milk, fried up the onions in bacon drippings, added some fresh spinach as well as some chili flakes. I will definitely make this quiche again.

Absolutely delicious! This was so quick and simple to prepare. I used ham instead of bacon and added garlic. This is one I will keep and use frequently. Great for a quick weeknight dinner.

Wow! This recipe was outstanding. What a refreshing change from the traditional quiches. I added chopped spinach and another egg since I used a larger dish. I will certainly make this again!

I would prefer that the egg be denser; I'll probably try less milk next time. Otherwise, this recipe is a good base for Quiche.

I made a few modifications: I processed the ham briefly in my Magic Bullet. Then processed the onion and one jalepeno also. Layered it as directed and finally whipped the eggs, 1T butter and my homemade buttermilk bisquit mix, and milk in the Magic Bullet till blended. Turned out great.

This was amazing! I substituted two sausage links for the bacon, and used cheddar instead of swiss. I threw some sauteed red pepper in, and it was great! Thanks so much!
