This was really good. I followed the recipe exactly, except I microwaved the bacon and sauteed the onion in just a bit of olive oil to soften it. The flavor is great and this is quick and easy. Good for any meal. Thanks for sharing!

Good heavens this was good. I made it for a weeknight dinner and used turkey bacon. Used the suggestions to mix the flour, eggs, milk, and onion in the blender and I added a dash of worchestershire sauce. It was delicious and I will *definitely* be making this one again.

Great, quick recipe with so many variations! Made this one for my boys last night and used diced ham, broccoli and a mixture of shredded cheddar/mozz. I left out the onions and didn't add the butter to the mixture. Cooked for almost 40 mins then just broiled the top a bit. Hubby and I had leftovers tonight and it was fantastic...I especially like that there was no crust as that part alone can add a ton of fat and calories!!!

So easy! I omitted the butter and using a glass dish, didn't grease the bottom at all. I also love onions, so I added more directly, no pre-cooking needed as long as it's diced into small pieces. I didn't have Swiss, so I used some mixed shredded cheese and crumbled Gouda, and it turned out great. Will make again soon with cherry tomatoes and other vegetables.

This was so good, and so easy. I've made it at least 5 times in the last month, a few times for dinner, a brunch, to a potluck, and for a friend after having surgery. Each time I've used the ingredients I've had on hand and it's been delicious. My favorite so far is bacon and parmesan crust, with broccoli, onion and pureed green beans (originally intended for my baby) and parm on the top. Yum!

Very good. The self-making crust was nice. I used a little less onion than the recipe calls for, since my wife is not a fan of them. Otherwise, I followed the recipe as written. Everyone who tried it loved it. Next time I will try some broccoli or spinach.

EXCELLENT, AND SO EASY TO COOK, AND CLEAN UP AFTERWARDS. IT MAKES ENOUGH FOR TWO DINNERS! IT TASTES BETTER WITH HAM THEN BACON INSIDE IT, ONIONS ARE NOT NEEDED FOR GOOD TASTE IN THIS ONE. THE SECOND TIME I MADE WAS BETTER THEN THE FIRST BUT NO COMPLAINTS OF IT FROM ME OR MY MOM. WHEN I FIRST DID THIS I NEVER MADE A QUICHE BEFORE BUT THIS ONE IS EASY. YOU SHOULD TRY THIS RECIPE, FOLKS.

Made this for overnight company and they loved it. They made sure they took a copy of the recipe. Used left over grilled chicken and cheddar cheese instead of bacon and swiss. This is a great recipe. Very versatile.

We really like this with very few changes. It's great for dinner and we tend to use sausage as the meat. It turns out great with very little effort!

Great quick recipe. Removed the butter from the recipe and reduced the amount of milk to 1 cup to reduce the fat content. Also used real bacon pieces rather than fried bacon to speed things up and then reduced the amount of salt to 1/4 to 1/2 tsp rather than 1 tsp to cut back on sodium. Turned out great. If you omit the butter, could brush the top with melted butter to provide browner topping.

Fantastic! So easy to make and great with whatever fillings you have in the house. I've make this three time in the past few days (used whole carton of eggs) and each time it turned out great. Excellent with Tastefully Simple Garlic Garlic instead of salt.

This was awesome. First quiche I ever made. I chopped up some fresh sausage to substitute for the bacon, and added a handful of chopped red & green peppers which made it look real pretty. Thanks for making my and my GF's Saturday brunch great!

Great quiche. I like it simple with two or three ingredients max. It's a bit too much to pack more in.

Very, very good! I prefer it without bacon though. And I always use green onions, which I sautee in the butter before adding. A super terrific quick tasty dinner!

This was very good. We as a family do not like swiss cheese but I decided to try this recipe anyway. It tasted very good but we would pass on the swiss cheese next time.
