I used reduced fat cream cheese/sour cream. I am very impressed with how these turned out. Not only were they easy, they were tasty, too! It's easily bendable to what you have on hand. Next time, I think I'll try using homemade turkey breakfast sausage, chopped onion and mushrooms.

This is delicious!! A very satisfying breakfast, brunch or breakfast for dinner. I used this recipe and made them calzone style just for fun. Delicious both ways.

The prep time took much longer. Every time I tried to rollout the bisquit dough it shrank back.

I love this quiche cups. I have made them several times for my kids school and for parties. I tweak it a little bit. The first time I made it I used mozarella cheese and didn't add the red pepper and the oregano to make it kid's friendly. Since them I have always made them this way and everybody ask me for the recipe. I love to make this, because you can put them in the fridge for a couple of days and the next day heat them in the toaster oven or just eat them at room temperature. Both ways are great. This is a keeper!

This is very good -- had it at a baby shower. The host used crescent rolls instead of biscuits.

Made these while my in-laws were visiting and everyone loved them! I used light sour cream and added a little bit of shredded cheddar cheese to the tops but other than that followed the recipe exactly. Will definitely be making these again!

I tried this one evening and it was delicious! I used fresh cream, onion, more bacon, some mushroom and left out the peppers. My base was even parts of flour, butter and cheese.

I tweaked this recipe a little to avoid having leftover ingredients. I couldn't find a 3 ounce package of cream cheese, so I doubled the recipe and used an 8 ounce package and only 1 cup sour cream. I also omitted the red pepper. It turned out pretty well.

Used a bottle of bacon bits instead of cooking up bacon and added chopped green onions to the mix. They were fantastic! Next time I'm going to try using neufchatel cheese instead of cream cheese and turkey bacon instead of regular to make it a bit lighter. I don't like to be able to taste egg in my food and this recipe is the perfect blend to mask the taste!
