Used a bottle of bacon bits instead of cooking up bacon and added chopped green onions to the mix. They were fantastic! Next time I'm going to try using neufchatel cheese instead of cream cheese and turkey bacon instead of regular to make it a bit lighter. I don't like to be able to taste egg in my food and this recipe is the perfect blend to mask the taste!

this was very easy and got rave reviews from my brunch guests. i do not like egg yolks, so i did not like it since i did not omit the yolks, however, this is super easy and portable, and anyone who likes eggs will love this recipe. i am going to make it for myself with no yolks next time for a quick grab-and-go breakfast.

This is very good and easy. I made this as a test for a brunch I'm having next week. I used crescent rolls instead of biscuits, and 2 Tbl. of chopped green onions instead of the pepper and oregano. It made it more like a Quiche Lorraine. I will top it with some cheese and crumbled bacon to make it look better when I serve it. This is a really nice change from the usual egg casserole type brunch fare.

Loved this recipe. My first time making quiche and it came out Great :) Had to work around it because my husband has an aversion to some things (omitted the peppers, onions and oregano) so instead I used cream cheese w/Chives and Pillsbury crescent roll dough. Followed the ingredients to the tee and had to cook it for 20 extra minutes but WOW. And it was a hit at my Brunch party today.

These little quiches are a terrific "grab-as-you-go" breakfast. I make a similar recipe and wanted to try someone elses, too. Loved them! ... and they're kid-friendly, for little hands to eat.

I made these for mother's Day brunch and recieved a lot of compliments. They were pretty easy to make but they weren't as pleasing to the eye as I expected them to be.Next time I will add some shredded cheese on top the last few minutes of baking.

These were very good and easy to make. I too used them for a baby shower and had many requests for the recipe. I made no changes to the recipe either. Great as is!
