"When I host a brunch or shower, this is the recipe I reach for most often. Not only are the individual quiche cups easy to make, but they look impressive on the table."

DIRECTIONS
In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and sour cream until smooth. Add eggs; mix well. Stir in Swiss cheese, bacon, red pepper and oregano; set aside. Separate dough into 10 biscuits; flatten into 5-inch circles. Press each into the bottom and sides of a greased muffin cup. Divide the egg mixture among biscuit-lined muffin cups, using about 2 tablespoons for each. Bake at 375 degrees F for 18-20 minutes or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean. Let stand 5 minutes before removing from tin and serving.

These little quiches are a terrific "grab-as-you-go" breakfast. I make a similar recipe and wanted to try someone elses, too. Loved them! ... and they're kid-friendly, for little hands to eat.

These were very good and easy to make. I too used them for a baby shower and had many requests for the recipe. I made no changes to the recipe either. Great as is!

I made these for mother's Day brunch and recieved a lot of compliments. They were pretty easy to make but they weren't as pleasing to the eye as I expected them to be.Next time I will add some shredded cheese on top the last few minutes of baking.

Loved this recipe. My first time making quiche and it came out Great :) Had to work around it because my husband has an aversion to some things (omitted the peppers, onions and oregano) so instead I used cream cheese w/Chives and Pillsbury crescent roll dough. Followed the ingredients to the tee and had to cook it for 20 extra minutes but WOW. And it was a hit at my Brunch party today.
