Quick Polynesian Chicken

"Fruit and chicken always pair up so well, and now they make the simplest meal ever: Chicken baked in fruit cocktail! Delicious, easiest ever recipe!"

INGREDIENTS (Nutrition)

  • 6 chicken thighs
  • 1 (15.25 ounce) can fruit cocktail

DIRECTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  2. Rinse and pat dry the chicken pieces. If you wish, remove the skins (not mandatory). Place chicken in a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  3. Pour the fruit cocktail and juices evenly over the chicken and bake in the preheated oven for 1 hour (no turning or basting needed). Let cool and serve.
