I love this recipe, exactly as it is! This recipe is on my regular rotation for dinner recipes! I make it at least every 2 weeks. I learned a lot from this recipe, seasoning the chicken before frying is easy and I like using just enough flour. The only thing I do to save time, I don't pound the chicken, I slice my boneless chicken breast horizontally in half, which makes four cutlets out of two, they cook up even and quicker, and my meat goes a little farther. I started eating paleo recently and used almond flour instead of regular flour, it still was a winner! Thanks for this great recipe!
