Cooked rice and barbecue sauce are combined with a heavenly mixture of cooked seitan, onions, scallions and hot, hot chili peppers. The filling is spooned into flour tortilla, and when all ten are wrapped and ready, they 're baked with additional barbecue sauce.

A different way to start your day. Burritos with fried eggs, bacon and refried beans topped with melted cheese. Ham or sausage may be substituted for the bacon. Serve with salsa on the side.

Burritos that are so easy a man could do them. These are wonderfully different and so good. I like to serve them with Mexican rice. Customize by adding more of your favorite burrito fillings to this basic recipe, such as tomato, lettuce, sour cream or guacamole.
