A bit salty, but a great overall taste. I used a little bit less of 1/3 cup parmesan cheese and it already had a strong taste. If you don't want quite a salty taste use less than the recommended amount of garlic salt. I also used heavy whipping cream instead of half and half and it came out exceptionally creamy. The butter did not blend as well though and if you left it for 2 minutes without low heat it got chunky and had a film over it. Kind of looked like curdled cheese. Though when heated and stirred, amazing!
