Quite good! I eliminated the mushrooms and substituted bacon crumbles for the ham and added more red and green pepper and onion. Next time I'll throw in some broccoli as well. Really good!

This is very good quiche and easy to make. I followed the recipe as listed, just leaving out the bell pepper and mushrooms. I might try going a bit heavier on the herbs and spices next time, but my family loved it just the way it is.
