Wonderful! I liked this recipe so much better than the Carnation Quiche Lorraine on this Website. To cut down on the fat, I used turkey bacon, skim milk, and lowfat Swiss cheese. I added 1/8 tsp. pepper, and used only 1/2 onion (was plenty). I skipped the step of adding flour to the cheese, and it was just fine. Be sure and prick the pie crust before baking! My quiche took 50 minutes instead of 30-40. The next time I made this, I didn't pre-bake the crust. It worked out great - save yourself the time! Thanks for the recipe!
