I have had better Quiche Lorraine recipes than this one. Took much longer to make than directions state. Too watery. Too salty.

Mine was a little underdone in the time suggested - would've given it an extra 5-10 minutes, but I assumed it would set-up a bit better during that last 10 minutes. All in all, a good recipe - though I did add more cheese than it called for and split it 2/3 swiss and 1/3 cheddar.

Wow..this recipe tasted great!! I made it for an Easter Brunch and everyone loved it. I couldn't believe how fluffy and perfect it turned out!

Didn't use a big enough pie crust so all my egg mixture didn't fit. It made the quiche a little too cheesy. Make sure you use a deep dish pie crust and next time I will add some cheddar cheese and a little swiss cheese too.

A delicious and easy dish! I had left over egg mixture with the amounts given, so I made another. It was a little runny the first time I made it, so I added just a little flour to the egg mixture, which helped. I also put a little more cheese than called for. The results were even better with this slight modifications. Great for all meals!

I LIKED THIS RECIPE, BUT NEXT TIME I THINK I WILL TRY HALF AND HALF INSTEAD OF THE WHIPPING CREAM. IT TASTED VERY RICH. ALSO I HAD TO COOK MY QUICHE 15 MINUTES LONGER THAN SUGGESTED. IT WAS GOOD. I HOPE YOU TRY IT.

This recipe is great! I have never made quiche before. I tried this recipe, and I found it surprisingly easy to make. However, I switched the bacon to turkey bacon to reduce the fat and used half & half since i couldn't find light whipping cream. It still turned out delicious!

Finally! A woman I used to babysit for when I was a teenager made quiche just like this. I've been on a mission to find a recipe like hers ever since and this was IT!!! It was delicious. Not runny like other recipes I've tried. I will make this over and over.

When I first added this recipe to my box, it had no ratings. I gave it a try with a few changes, no cayenne pepper and I cooked the onions first, and it came out wonderful. I had to cook it longer than the recipe required, but my husband (who is not a quiche person, children, and brother-in-law loved it. It was as tasty as it was easy thanks alot!
