Ingredients

  • 1 (9 ounce) package BUITONI® Riserva Refrigerated All Natural Quattro Formaggi Agnolotti
  • 1/2 cup fresh asparagus tips
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon butter or extra virgin olive oil
  • ground black pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Prepare pasta according to package directions, cooking asparagus with pasta during entire cook time. Drain; place in large serving bowl. Add lemon juice and butter; toss gently until butter is melted. Sprinkle with cheese and pepper before serving.
