This was a hit!
I used the butter flaky crust recipe on this site (which could have turned out a bit better, but it was my first time making it and I played with the dough for too long), and I bought the smaller italian plums, which are easier to slice, as the pit is free from the fruit, and are less juicy, which is good. I had to use half a stick of butter for the crumb topping, but otherwise the recipe was great! Will definitely do this one again.
