This is a wonderful recipe as is. It has a delicate flavor that doesn't overwhelm with any of the spices. The only changes I made were no nuts and instead of bread, I made muffins. Thanks for sharing this recipe.

This recipe is great!! We veganized the recipe by replacing the eggs with 3 Tblsp of plain soy milk and 1/4 cup more of the canned pumpkin and replaced the margarine with Earth Balance spread.

Absolutly wonderful!! I make pumpkin and zuccini bread seperately but had no idea how great they were together. I doubled the zuccini and it was perfect.

AMAZING... compared this recipe to other pumpkin bread recipes and made some changes... used 1 (15oz) can of pumpkin 3/4 cup sugar, 3/4 cup light brown sugar, 1/2 cup butter, 1/2 cup applesauce, 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon, 1 teaspoon nutmeg, 3/4 teaspoon ground cloves, 3/4 teaspoon allspice, 1 & 1/2 cups chopped walnuts, 2 cups shredded zucchini

I really enjoyed this! I'm not at all a fan of pumpkin flavored things but this was really great. The recipe was very simple and easy to follow. I used an electric chopper for my walnuts and zucchini which I think made the taste a little less prevalent in the final product. I also had no cloves but over all, this is GREAT! My family loved it. I'd make it again.

This bread was fantastic! I followed a couple of the suggestions in the comments (1c white sugar and 1c brown, 1 3/4c zucchini), and it turned out great! I will definitely be making this again soon.
