The pastor at our church usually cuts his message short on carry-in dinner days when he knows this sheet cake is waiting in the fellowship hall. (I think he prays for leftovers since he gets to take them home!) This moist cake travels well and is also easy to prepare. -Nancy Baker, Boonville, Missouri

Delicious pumpkin spice cake baked in a sheet pan. Very moist and great for pot-lucks. When cool, top with your favorite cream cheese frosting.

If you like spice cake, this is very good. Even if your family doesn't like Pumpkin, I promise they'll never know there's pumpkin in this delicious cake. Top with Cream Cheese Frosting if you like.

This pumpkin cake is absolutely delicious! I personally do not like the taste of pumpkin, but you would never know that it is in this moist, yummy, easy-to-make cake. It doesn't even need icing! Small bread or muffin pans may be used for baking instead of a tube pan. Enjoy!
