Not bad, as is, however....it is SOOOO much better if you replace the yogurt with whipped topping. I have added one tub, and the second time, I added a second tub, because my mother-in-law felt the flavor was too strong. With the whipped topping, I get rave reviews!

I will not make this again, I was really excited about it, but had to add sweetner to make it edible. Good idea though, wish it was better :(

My kids love this for breakfast - thanks for the recipe, it's a great way to add a vegetable serving into that meal! We often add in chopped apple, raisins, and/or nuts, or mix some granola in.

Word of warning: DON'T use American yogurt. The yogurt in America is made with a culture that causes yogurt to have a sour bite to it (which is why the flavored yogurts all have sugar in them!). Instead, find some nice Greek-style yogurt (you may have to ask your grocery store to stock it). Mediterranean yogurt utilizes a different culture and doesn't have that sour bite. People all over the Mediterranean and middle east eat plain yogurt that tastes as sweet as cream. You will find that this kind of yogurt will improve the flavor of this recipe.

I wanted something easy to prepare that would be low cal and satisfy my sweet tooth and also provide veggies. I used 3 parts canned pumpkin to 1 part yogurt. I use plain yogurt so added some vanilla and sweetener (I use splenda). It was fast and delicious. I made up a single serving and put the rest of the pumpkin in the frig for more of the same later this week. This was a great idea -- refreshing and tasty.

Add some Equal or Splenda to this recipe, so it won't taste so bitter.

I was very excited about this idea, when it was made it was quite bitter, and flavors did not compliment each other. I tried altering and still come up short. not very good.

The tang of yogurt does not complement the more savory pumpkin at all. I threw it out, no one would eat any after one bite.
