This is a spicier version of pumpkin pie. This recipe has been in our family for over 50 years and is always much enjoyed at holiday meals. The fresher your spices, the better this will taste! Serve with whipped topping, if desired.

This is one of the 'impossibles' that we all love. A pumpkin pie that makes its own crust!

Sugar substitute goes into this creamy pumpkin pie -and it still comes out nice and sweet. Pumpkin puree, milk, egg, sugar substitute, cinnamon and cloves are combined and poured into a pie shell. It bakes for about 30 minutes.

This luscious pie has milk, honey and heavy cream. When nutmeg, ginger, cinnamon and pumpkin puree are added to those sweet and rich ingredients, and all together baked in a prepared pastry, the results are golden brown and heavenly.

It tastes like you spent hours stirring and baking, but all the yummy ingredients -pumpkin, sugar, eggs, milk and spices -are simply blended in a bowl, and then poured into a pastry-lined pie shell. It bakes up golden and delicious.

This is a very rich and creamy pumpkin pie. Besides the pumpkin puree, it has sweetened condensed milk and half-and-half stirred into the filling, along with eggs, sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg and cloves. Then it 's poured into a crust and popped into a hot oven to bake and set. Cool and serve with whipped cream.

Chunks of pumpkin are boiled on the stove and then mashed with evaporated milk, sugar, eggs, and spices to create the filling for a shortening based crust in this delectably rustic Thanksgiving classic.
