Very simple to make. Added dash of cinnomon and nutmeg, and took prior advise regarding the melted butter and cut back on it. I don't like pumpkin pie, but this is excellent.

This was wonderful!! I baked it for a recipe contest at work and it won first prize. One of the judges commented that he rated it the best because he normally does not like pumpkin or pumpkin pie but he loved this!

I made this yesterday and enjoyed it (a lot)! I do think it could be made with just using 1/2 C. of butter instead of 3/4. But overall it is a good recipe and is mmmmmm tastee.

It's like an upside down pumpkin pie. The cake mix on top forms a crust. A friend of mine tried the cake I baked and she said, "I don't usually like pumpkin pie, but this is good!" She took the recipe home with her! I'm coming back to print out another copy for me so I can make it for the Thanksgiving dinner at church tonight! I highly recommend this for folks who hate making pie crust, but love pumpkin pie. This also will serve more people than a standard round pie, (only if you can keep them from taking large portions).

Fabulous recipe! I recently made this for my brother and sister-in-law as a house warming treat. My husband and brother now call it "Punky Crumble" and have even eaten it with breakfast!

Very easy, tasted great, no crust to bother with. The boxed cake mix topping is unique and this dessert is great with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream. Yummy!!
