Love the flavor of these, but they just need to be a little thinner so the middles have time to cook.

Very good! I made them as instructed, aside from subbing soy milk for cow's milk. I would make them again the next time I have leftover canned pumpkin.

The best pancakes I have ever tasted, bar none. Follw the reviews not to add any more milk: the batter is supposed to be thick and so I pour it as a circle into my nonstick, and spread it a little to get it into good shape. Very filling and delicious. I think it's necessary to lightly grease the pan with butter for each pancake, and to cokk it a little longer than regular pancakes. I like them best plain or with a little butter but no syrup--I used pumpkin pie mix can instead of plain pumpkin puree and the batter was wonderfully sweet and spiced when I added a ts of cinnamon and loads of fresh grated ginger, didn't have allspice. May add some raisins, pecans, or choc chips to the batter next time. I like it best served with steaming cups of unsweetened coffee with a little milk, and fresh fruit on the side-- strawberries and grapes, next time I'll do peaches. May try another egg to give it a more egg-y taste( most pancakes do have 2 eggs) but it's not necessay. AWESOME!

Delicious!! We loved them. Cooked them at 300 deg since another reviewer recommended to cook at a slightly lower temp. Spread them out a bit after putting batter on skillet. Thanks for the great recipe!

These were awfil I followed the recipe exactly. The outside was done while the middle didn't cook enough and was very mushy. These were a waste of time. My kids only took one bite and wouldn't eat anymore. I thought they were just being picky. I tried one and it was gross. It got tossed in the garbage. I even put a few pancakes back on the griddle to see if I could get the middle to cook more and all that did was overcook the outside of the pancakes. Will not make again.

My daughters raved about these. We put butter, real maple syrup and a blob of whipped cream on top and they thought they were eating dessert!

these were delicious. I made them just as the recipe says and the batter was a bit thick but they came out just fine (i like dense pancakes). the recipe only uses 1 cup of pumpkin, so you are left with a lot of pumpkin if you used canned pumpkin. I took the extra and mixed it with some maple syrup to make pumpkin syrup :) topped them with pumpkin syrup and banana slices. delicious!

Very tasty! I made some adjustments to the recipe based on ingredients I had available and nutrtition! I subbed applesauce for the oil, halved the sugar (topped w/ syrup, it doesn't need the extra sweetness), wheat flour, I used almond milk b/c that's all I had and I even used a bit extra to thin out the very thick batter some. It made 10 very dense 6" pancakes. The flavor was quite good but a little dense for my liking. Will continue to tweak!

My toddler loves these. It's an easy way to sneak some extra good stuff into her breakfast. I make a whole batch and freeze. 30 seconds in the microwave and breakfast is ready! My only complaint is that they come out a little too thick. I'm going to try again using a mold this time.

I've had better pumpkin pancakes. A bit too dense and had to add extra seasoning to the batter as it was very bland tasting.

These are definitely better than plain pancakes but could be improved. They turned out very dense and rubbery, even though I made sure not to overbeat them. I had to add milk to thin the batter as it was way too thick! They also had an overpowering taste of baking soda. Next time, I think I'll add another egg, increase the spices and sugar, add vanilla, use more pumpkin, and use apple cider vinegar instead of white.

The first time I made these they were great! The second time, I had to add more flour as the batter was too runny. I used fresh pumpkin both times, so that may have had something to do with the consistancy of the batter.

The only reason I give this a 4 is because it should be accompanied by a homemade macadamia nut syrup.

I made these the other night for my siblings. I could tell by the batter they were going to be perfect!! My siblings put peanut butter and maple syrup on them, and they said they were sooooo good!! They gobled them up real fast! I saved some in the freezer for when I want some.
