This was a good lite alternative to all the heavy foods you eat around thanksgiving and christmas.

I love to use this recipe for Thanksgiving. It was such a great hit at two of our parties that I was asked to even make it at Christmas. It is very good with Vanilla Wafer Cookies.

I LOVE this recipe!!! I've been asked to make it a few weekends in a row for tailgating. Tastes great with cinnamon graham cracker sticks and ginger snaps!

This was pretty good but it needed more pumkin flavor I think. I took it to two different parties and didn't get any rave review or requests for the recipe. If I make it again I will use more spices and more pumpkin. The cool whip overpowered it.

Well, i thought that this was very good and i loved the presentation when served in a little pumpkin...but i'm only giving it 4 stars, because nobody else at the party seemed to think it was as good as i did. you know, they had a bite here or there, but i didn't hear any rave reviews and after the party, i ended up throwing most of it away :( i thought it tasted like fluffy bites of pumpkin pie! of course, i really, really love pumpkin pie, maybe that's the difference!

I used about half the whipped cream called for and kept everything else the same. I can't imagine being able to taste the pumpkin with all that Cool Whip! Still came out light and fluffy. As another reviewer suggested, I used graham cracker sticks, granny smith apples, and homemade ginger-molasses cookies for dippers. Made it for a Halloween party and everyone loved it! This recipe really makes a lot!

This is wonderful. Instead of a big vanilla pudding I used a small vanilla and a small cheesecake pudding. I used almost double the pumpkin pie extract too. SOOOOOO good. I used graham crackers and ginger snaps to serve with. On the crackers, it tastes just like pumpkin pie. I took this to a family function last weekend and had a few people request I make it for Thanksgiving coming up.

Great recipe! The presentation is festive and the dip is delicious. My kids loved and so did my husband who isn't really a big fan of pumpkin. I liked ginger snaps best for dipping. I will DEFINITELY be making this for years to come!!

This is like eating the filling of a pumpkin pie - very good. I used a little extra pumpkin and it was great. Lots of compliments.
