I absolutely love this dip. I made it for my Halloween party and everyone thought it was unique. The color was a little strange but it was all gone and I was licking the bowl! Delicious! Great served with graham crackers or ginger snaps. This is definetly a keeper.

Absolutely DELICIOUS! This is a great, light and refreshing snack for any occasion. I made some homemade cinnamon chips to dip - spritz flour tortillas with water and sprinkle with a cinnamon sugar mixture. Cut into wedges and bake in the oven at 350 degrees for 8-10 minutes. Cool for 15 minutes prior to serving.

This was very easy to make and a big hit for fall football parties as an easy dessert. It is nice because you can make it ahead of time and then just pull it out when you are ready to serve. I served it with apple slices and cinnamon graham crackers, everyone preferred the freshness of the apples with it. The dip is very good but super sweet, borderline kid's sugary sweet but none of the kids really liked the pumpkin. I served it to people who love sugary sweets so it was fine, but personally a little bit of this went a very long way for me. Delicious, but I only put a tiny bit of dip on my apples and crackers.

I have also done this pumpkin fluff with a trifle. I used ginger snaps, pumpkin fluff and cool whip. Always a hit. I also sprinkle cinnamon on top, and have decorated in a pumpkin with bats and spiders for Halloween.

Delicious! I only used 8 oz cool whip. I didn't have pie spice so I used a recipe for it from this site. Thanks!

I had been trying forever to recreate Coco's Harvest Pie. This is the closest that I have found for the mousse topping that goes on top of the pumpkin pie. My hubby and I cannot get enough of this stuff! Yum Yum Yum. And It keeps for about a week in the fridge.

I thought this was a very nice way to get the taste of pumpkin pie in a dip! I used non-fat Cool Whip and added 4 packets of Splenda.

I made this for a party and everyone liked it a lot. I used fat free cool whip - no one could tell...I also used ginger snap cookies because I could not find the little bite sized grahms...and they tasted pretty good. Nilla Wafers sound good with it too....

We realized we didn't have the right sized ingredients, so we used 2 cups of fresh cooked pumpkin, 1 small box of pudding and 1/2 of the whipped topping. It worked great & has a great conversation at Thanksgiving as something new on the snack table.
