This was really good! I used Koolwhip Free, and cheesecake pudding mix ... going to take it to work and share the yumminess! I'll serve with sliced honeycrisp apples, Downeast Maine Pumpkin Bread cubes, and Anna's Ginger Thins ... and I just found an AR recipe for these cookies, called "Traditional Swedish Pepparkakor" that I can't wait to try! Thanks for this great recipe! ♥

I made 2 batches of this yesterday. One batch I pretty much followed the recipe except did add 1 tsp. of vanilla and used the Lite Cool Whip and Fat Free/Sugar free instant pudding. The 2nd batch, I used 2 sm. containers of Cool Whip Free and FF/SF Instant Butterscotch pudding! The 2nd batch was even better!!!! Everyone that had it loved it and wanted the recipe. This is the easiest sweet appetizer I've ever made! Thank you!!!!

This was a big hit especially with the pumpkin as the bowl! Great seasonal appetizer. The consistency of this dip is like a mouse and you definitely need the sweeter cookies (like graham cracker sticks) Also, I mixed the pumpkin and vanilla pudding powder together and then added the cool whip and added the pumpkin spice. I increased the spice 1/4 tsp more. I just felt I couldn't taste it at first. I don't know if it really needed it. It was great over all and super easy!

this was really good. Made it last night for a party, served with gingersnaps and cinnamon graham sticks. It had alot more flavor last night than it seemed to today (leftover at work). Will definately make again

Delicious! I'm also giving it five stars because it is soooo quick and easy and requires so few ingredients. I used SF-FF pudding mix. I served it with graham crackers but I think it would also be great with ginger snaps like others have tried. It might even be good with chocolate graham crackers.

This is a wonderful treat! Fast, easy and delicious. I added a sprinkle of cinnamon on top but I really didn't need to modify at all.

This is incredible! I used 1 3.4 box vanilla pudding mix and 1 3.4 box cheesecake pudding mix and increased the whipped topping to 20 ounces (I used Cool Whip Free, which worked great). I made this for a food day at work. Everyone raved and I had a lot of requests for the recipe. Thanks for posting!

Huge hit with all our guests. I didn't use quite as much pudding mix as suggested, b/c it was still really flavorful.

Excellent & SO EASY! I didn't have pumpkin pie spice (or allspice) on hand, I googled & easily found how I could make my own allspice, and then from that make the pumpkin pie spice. I kept the extra (with holidays around the corner, I'm sure I'll use it!) in the pantry. VERY GOOD! This will be served at a football party (our team colors are orange & white) and I'm sure will be a big hit. I'll be serving with cinnamon grahams and (my fave) nilla wafers.

YUMM!! DELICIOUS!! This recipe makes a TON so I recommend cutting it in half unless you plan on feeding about 50 people with it. Half the recipe would easily serve 20-30 as an appetizer. I served it with cinnamon graham sticks. It was a hit!

This recipe is amazing!!!! We dipped granny smith apple slices in it and it was soooo good!!!!! It does make quite a bit though. I cut it in half and it still made enough for the whole week!
