I eliminated the frozen OJ, and it was fine. If you don't have time to soften the cream cheese, use your food processor or blender, it comes out perfectly smooth. I made it for the kids at a holiday party, but the adults liked it even better!

Awesome. Made it for a holiday party and people went nuts. I omitted the orange juice because I didn't have it but it turned out good anyway.

This was just a downright cool recipe. I accidently didn't put enough sugar in it the first time I made it and put the correct amount in the second time and it made a world of difference! I served it with ginger snaps and vanilla wafers as others had suggested. I have a VERY picky family and almost everyone had said they liked it. Even my husband who doesn't like pumpkin said it was good. I enjoyed it and thought it was a good idea for an appetizer. Will def. make again for a fall/winter get together!
