I am really torn on these. I really wanted to like them. They're okay, but not great. With pumpkin butter they're pretty good. Alone they have very little flavor besides salt. I believe the 1 Tbsp. of salt is a misprint and should be 1 tsp. I even added pumpkin pie spice to help the flavor, but it was still bland. I disagree with the previous reviewer about the flour. I had to knead in a good bit of extra flour beyond the recipe just to make the dough workable.

I think there is too much flour in this recipe. I have an old standby with a better flour to oil (butter) ratio. Also, did anyone catch this said one TABLESPOON of salt?

As rolls, these were all right. However, my family and I were disappointed in the lack of flavor. These were very bland and required lots of butter in order to make them more palatable. Maybe they'd be good with pumpkin butter. I feel like the flavor deserved less stars, but they did look pretty and the texture was good. Don't think I'll make them again though.
