These would be best described as sweet sloppy joes. My family did enjoy them, although you couldn't taste the pumpkin at all. But it's good to have in there for a little vitamin A! Nice variation and very simple to make.

Thanks for posting this recipe! We are fans of the "Pumpkin Show" and love the pumpkin burgers there. These were just like the originals! Delicious!

This was a complete waste of time and ingredients. I followed the recipe exactly and it tasted like nothing. Save yourself the trouble and move on.

Not as fast, but way better than Manwich!!! The only thing I changed was I doubled the meat and added about 1T of molasses and about 1/4c of brown sugar, we like things a little sweet. I didn't have pie spice so I added the spices individually. It's like really good sweet/spicy baked beans. My family enjoyed these very much, they got the test run and this next week I'm fixing it in a big batch to take to our church potluck!

I made this with ground turkey instead of ground beef and it came out fine. Quite tasty, we'll definitely be making this one again in the future.

This is surprisingly awesome!! I added fresh mushrooms and chopped red peppers to ground beef while frying it. This will be a regular. Thanks for sharing.

I like trying different recipes. I thought ground beef and pumpkin would be an interesting experiment. This had an excellent flavor. Plus, it really makes a lot of food which is great if you have company.

This recipe is very good, a little spicy for me, but others love it and don't even realize their is pumpkin in it. I use it as our regular sloppy joe recipe.

Very tasty- I used ground turkey and adjusted the seasoning to my taste and pantry (added garlic powder, used allspice, nutmeg and cinnamon instead of pp spice). Creative and fun use of pumpkin. Thanks for the recipe!
