For Pulique Sauce:
masa harina flour
tomatoes, cored and cut into chunks
fresh tomatillos, husks removed
garlic, cut in half
onion, cut into chunks
dried guajillo chile peppers, stems and seeds removed
1 (1 inch) piece
whole cumin seeds
salt to taste
Tried this dish as I am also Guatemalan and absolutely loved it. Had some problems tracking the ezapote. Other than delish!!
