Pudding-Topped Fruit Salad
SUBMITTED BY:
Michelle Masciarelli
"My sister shared this recipe with me. She served the fruit in wine goblets, topped with the pudding. For large groups, serve it in a big salad bowl. Either way, it's refreshing and delicious. -Michelle Masciarelli, Torrington, Connecticut"

This is a great recipe. I used to make it frequently then lost the recipe. I am so happy to have it again. Feel free to use a variety of fresh fruit and I prefer to use banana cream pudding mix.

a big hit at easter, served in a big glass bowl. only thing i did differently was using a can of sliced peaches, hard to find fresh now, not in season and omitting the blueberries, i took out frozen and thawed them but they were pretty juicy and i thought they would dye the whole dish and it wouldn't look as pretty. fresh may be alright. thanks will make again for sure!!

I made this for a Christmas party last night and everyone loved it! I used mandarin oranges and raspberries instead of peaches and strawberries because that's what I had on hand. I sliced up the bananas at the last minute so they wouldn't get mushy and brown~~~delicious!
