Ingredients

  • 2 cups chopped Vidalia onion
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 cups shredded provolone cheese

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  2. In a medium bowl, mix together the onion, mayonnaise, and provolone cheese. Transfer to a small casserole dish.
  3. Bake for 30 minutes in the preheated oven, until the onions are tender and top is golden.
