TO DIE FOR. My father (who never likes anything) absolutely loved these. The whole family ate them all up. I thought I had made enough for leftovers but all the ribs were gone! Wonderful, wonderful, recipe. Highly recommended by my family!

Delicious! I made these back in June and had done several times since then. Everyone loved them. Perfect flavor and not too hard to make!

Wow! This was my first time ever making ribs @ home! My husband said they tasted better than any we've had at a restaurant! I ran out of cumin the day before so instead of that and the chili powder I used cajun seasoning and added extra paprika and garlic powder. Removed the membrane (so easy!) and grilled them for an hour. Used Sweet Baby Ray's BBQ (yum!) and they fell off the bone!!! What an amazing recipe, one I will definitely use over and over!!! Thanks a lot!

I thought the rub was quite tasty and I ended up using my homemade BBQ sauce made of ketchup, sugar free maple syrup, cider vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, beef granules, garlic, cayenne red pepper, salt, & pepper. It was perfectly cooked on the grill. Next time I plan on making Scott Hibb's Amazing Whisky Grilled Baby Back Ribs because I'd like them to be a little tenderer.

Wow this is awesome! I added 1 TBSP of Garlic and onion powder to the rub, and I used Sweet Baby Ray's Honey BBQ sauce. I will certainly be making this again. And thanks for the tip with the butter knife and paper towel. Boy was it easy that way!

Delicious - the centerpiece of our 4th of July bbq! The spice mixture was wonderful - we didn't use any salt. Brushed the racks with chipotle grilling sauce at the end which added even more flavor and zip. We'll use this recipe over and over.

Excellent recipe. Very easy to do. The meat wasn't falling off the bones, but it was finger-licking good!

My first time making baby back ribs and I thought they were were good. However, my husband thought they were a bit tough. He likes them to fall off the bone and these didn't. Good taste though.

I cooked these ribs for dinner tonight and we thought they were just ok. Instead of using back ribs, we used side ribs. I had no trouble removing the membrane using the butter knife and paper towel method. I did reduce the amount of cumin in the rub, but next time I make these ribs, I will put the full amount in. The only other change I made was to cook them longer (about an hour and 45 minutes in total). I was slightly disappointed with these ribs as they weren't as tender as I was hoping they'd be...but I will try again using baby back ribs.

(1-29-06)This was my first time cooking baby back ribs and what a success! This recipe is very easy and very delicious! Don't be afraid it will fail you--it more than lives up to its five-star rating! Here are my tips: We had close to 6 pounds of Costco baby backs--very meaty. The butter knife method of removing the membrane (described by another reviewer)worked perfectly. Thanks! I made double the dry-rub and took suggestions by other reviews to decrease the cumin (I used a little over 1T for the double batch and increased the chili powder accordingly) and rub the mixture into the meat a bit (2-14-07 update: take the recipe's caution about not rubbing it in too much seriously. I put too much on my last batch & it was overpowering). We followed the grilling instructions to a 'T'! Our ribs were perfectly cooked in just under two hours. Because we had double the amount of meat, I did peek after an hour and 20 minutes to see the progress. Based on the recipe description, I could tell we needed more time. We cooked them for about another 20 minutes (next time I won't have to peek!) then added the sauce. I made the sauce in Scott Hibb's Amazing Whisky Grilled Baby Back Ribs recipe (5 stars!). After adding the sauce we grilled as instructed. DELICIOUS! My husband, who claimed to not like baby back ribs, LOVED these. I loved these! My 6 and 3 year olds loved these. The cooking method, the rub and the sauce are winners! TRY THIS ONE!

I have never cooked baby back ribs before because I thought they would take too long. What a quick and easy recipe!! Very good taste. I do not have an upper rack on my grill, so I was unsure where to put the foil but I just put it on the cooking rack and put the ribs directly on the foil and they turned out great. I will definitely make these again.
