These are super easy and highly addictive! I used rollos and they are so good but the dove chocolates probably squish prettier because of their shape. I will be making these for every get together this Christmas and they will make great teacher gifts!

Great idea! These were soooo easy and delicious! I used the Reisen's chocolate/caramel candies and they worked perfectly! I will definitely keep this recipe handy when I need a quick sweet snack! Thanks for sharing!

These were easy to make, but messy. I used Rolos, but I think a better candy choice would really show through. I made them for Valentine's day and put them into cups for gifts. The recipients loved them.

Wonderful! I used Dove chocolate covered carmels and I tried the Dove chocolate covered peanut butter on pretzel squares. Perfect! The peanut butter ones need only 3 minutes because they melted faster than the carmels. Thanks for the great idea!!

everyone loves them. so quick and easy to make even small batches in the toaster oven. for people who don't like nuts, you can top with another pretzel which adds a little more salt to offset the sweetness of the rolo.

Made them for a party when I didn't have a lot of time, and they were a hit. Some things I would try differently next time would be to put them in the oven for less time and to refrigerate them after I added the pecans. They were really melty, so they were a little sticky when people were trying to eat them. Very tasty though.

I took another reviewers suggestion and toasted the pecans. This is such an easy recipe with a great outcome! I can't wait to try all the different combinations of chocolate candy and toppings.

I work at a retirement home, and have a little cooking group and we made these today. Everyone loved them and they were so easy for the residents to make. I made Caramel Frosting I from this site and drizzled that on top of them. Great stuff!

These disappear so fast every time I make them. While rolos are good, I prefer to use Reisen for extra chocolate flavor. Keep a close eye while these are in the oven because mine were ready a little early.

These are a HUGE hit!!! All i ever hear now is "can i have some more of those candy things please?" They are quick and easy to make by the dozens. The only modification i make is baking them with the pecans for about 4 1/2 mins then pressing them carefully so they dont ooze caramel. I also add a candy drizzle (1/2 cup white vanilla chips, 1 tbl spoon shortening melted on low) to make them pretty and add a little something extra. Youll definately need to make a lot!

Ok, so I've made these twice in the past couple of weeks...YUM!! I did as others suggested and roasted the pecans with melted butter for about 10 mins...this is a must!! It really makes a difference in the flavor! Line your cookie sheet with foil, and carefully press the pecans in the pretzels because all the caramel will ooze out the back and make it difficult to remove them once cooled. Put in fridge for at least 30 mins...they are hard to chew when really cold, but taste wonderful when let set out a while at room temp. These last about a day in my house!!
