Easy to make. Just didn't push my button enough to go more than 3 stars. Maybe it was the curry powder. Never have been a big fan of the flavor. May try it again if in a pinch but will definitely make a few changes.

Made these for our superbowl party and they didn't go over that well. The title is decieving I think as you don't really taste the ham at all. Curry is a very strong flavor so they should be called something like Curry Ham Pinwheels or something of the sort. I would rather pair these up with chicken or turkey rather than ham. The apples added a nice sweetness. They were different, I ate a couple, but could never eat more than that. They are good though if you really like curry flavors.

These were really really good! I made some of them vegetarian and then others instead of ham I used smoked diced chicken which I had made. At 1st I was a bit worried about the apple and then I tasted the filling!! Curry, apple and chicken! Can't go wrong!
