Praline Pumpkin Mousse

Original Recipe Yield 10 servings, 1/2 cup each
 

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cold milk
  • 1 (15 ounce) can pumpkin
  • 2 (3.4 ounce) packages JELL-O Vanilla Flavor Instant Pudding & Pie Filling
  • 1 1/4 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
  • 2 cups thawed COOL WHIP Whipped Topping
  • 1 tablespoon butter or margarine, melted
  • 1/2 cup chopped PLANTERS Pecans
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar

Directions

  1. Pour milk into large bowl. Add pumpkin, dry pudding mixes and pumpkin pie spice. Beat with wire whisk 2 minutes or until well blended. (Mixture will be thick.) Gently stir in whipped topping. Spoon evenly into 10 dessert glasses.
  2. Refrigerate 4 hours or until set.
  3. Mix butter, pecans and sugar until well blended; sprinkle evenly over desserts just before serving. Store leftover desserts in refrigerator.

  • Substitute PLANTERS Walnuts for the pecans.
