This is a really good soup, and it makes a lot so it could feed a lot of people! I omitted the celery and used brown beans (no garbanzo on hand!) and it was really good. We all had seconds! Next time I will add a little more Italian seasoning and garlic. No need to cook the noodles, just put them in the boiling soup for the last ten minutes and they will be ready when it's time to eat!

I thought this was a good soup and it tasted just as good, if not better, reheated. I didn't add as much liquid as called for so it was more of a goulash but it had a great flavor. Another recipe that you can adjust to fit your taste. Will make again this winter.
