My family and friends loved this dish. I originally served it over english muffins but the biscuits seemed to hold the sauce better. I will also add some parmesan cheese next time as we love the extra flavor!

This recipe was a hit when I had a house full of guests over the holidays. My husband loved it over biscuits but I preferred it over toasted english muffins

This rates 3 stars. It's good, but shouldn't be called eggs benedict. There is nothing about it that is anything like eggs benedict. It's an egg casserole.

Hmm... I don't know. I made this because my husband loves eggs benedict, and I can't say this wowed us. I thought it was a little weird, to be honest. The flavor was ok - I liked the asparagus in there, but it wasn't something to write home about.

Made the recipe as stated however I added Tarragon which I think is a key ingredient to Eggs Benedict. Also used english muffins in place of biscuits. Put the sauce in a crock pot and people helped themselves. Served over 40 for brunch. Wonderful dish!

This was very easy to make and pleased everyone - kids and adults! Will make this again and again. Even the left-overs were good. Thanks for the recipe!

This was easy to make and fast and it is still in the fridge-it makes a heap, maybe 12 servings or so? I served it over roasted breakfast potatoes instead biscuits. I also used powdered consumme instead of the broth because it is all I had so that would have been a cup less liquid. The only thing that would have made it better would be cheddar cheese, which is very difficult to get where I live *not in US*.Had to use this cheap white mixed cheese instead.
