This recipe tastes amazing but was a little bit more trouble to make than I anticipated. The dough took easily twice as long to rise as was indicated. Also, I activated the yeast in the potato water and added the other ingrediants to that mixture. It seemed to work very well! However, the end result is worth the effort. Members of my family were reminded of old Swedish recipes that our relatives used to make "back in the day". Worth trying for sure!
