My husband and I LOVE these! We have a friend that is vegetarian though so we just leave out the bacon in the dip and it's still really good!

This turned out very well....I didn't time how long I left in oven..I cook by sight so I just left them in until they were brown and crispy. Oh I didn't do the dip at all...just the potatoes.

Thank you! I've been trying to make baked fries properly for years. Microwaving did the trick. I baked mine for 30 minutes turning halfway and they browned better.

Fabulous! We did not make the dip but the potato wedges were wonderful! As close to french fries as we ahve made without frying the potatoes! We will definitely be making these again.

Myself and DB loved the potato wedges. We were looking for an alternative to fried and I stumbled upon these. I changed up the spices a bit and used garlic salt and papika and just a little steak seasoning. Yum! I had my doubts about the dip but DB claimed it "liquid perfection" and I didn't think it was too far off! I used bacon bits instead of fresh because I had plenty that needed to be used up and it was still great. Loved it, thanks Deborah!

The potato wedges were good - we've made variations of them before. But the dip was awesome!! I added a little pepper and hot sauce the second time I made it. Very tasty! Thanks!
