I wish I could give half stars. This was a good recipe and I did get to use some ingredients I had taking up space. However, I just prefer my sloppy joe casserole a little bit better.

It was good, but I think it needed a bit more kick for my husband's taste. I think next time I should add some pepper or thyme or something else to the Hash browns. Also I made a double batch of sloppy joes and used half for sloppy joes and half for this dish. Doing this made this a really easy and quick meal.

Love this - but did the recipe change? Made it a month or so, and thought the recipe called for making a sloppy joe sauce from scratch - it was easy and delish. But a can of sauce will accomplish the same thing, can't wait to try again!

Wonderful! - It's quick and easy and can be made on the fly. I'm not a huge fan of cider vinegar so I substituted distilled white vinegar. Will definitely use this recipe again!

This was a hit w/my entire family (2 boys & hubby)! I needed a week nite dinner w/out running to the grocery. I had these ingredients on hand. Delicious! It didn't sound as good as it turned out! I used shredded hash brown potatoes because that's what we had! Everything else was according to recipe - no changes! Thanks for a recipe that everyone said is a "do again"!

This was a good weeknight dinner. I used shredded hash browns and left out the soup (didn't have it). It turned out just fine without it. I also used sliced american cheese (didn't have any cheddar). Overall it was good but the potatoes could have used a little something extra (pepper, paprika?). Thanks! Will make again

This was suprisingly good! The ingredients really don't sound all that appealing but as a casserole it was yummy. I used tator tots instead of hashbrowns. Thanks for the easy recipe!
