I really enjoyed making this dish and it tasted DELICIOUS!!!!!!! My husband loved it. I tweaked it a little- used light cream instead of milk and added bisquick (tablespoon of water and 1 egg) to top it. I will definitely make it again. I also sent a copy to friends and family as well.

I have made this quiche several times and I always add my favorite ingredients (or what I have on hand) and have never been disappointed. the cooking time is always about 40 mins (I use a deeper pan) I add fresh chopped tomatoes, onion, mozz cheese as my base ingredients and add steamed broccoli before the egg... it is amazing every time!

My family loved this. I didn't have Pepper Jack, subbed Mexican cheese mix. Used milk. Also used some cooked chicken tenders that I usually keep prepped for Caesar salad that are marinated in dressing.

I added onion to the chicken and cheese mix to give it more flavor. Also added pepper in the egg and milk mixture. My fiance thought it was amazing! Definitely took extra time on both of the cooking times.

Good, but a little bland. Next time I would add more spice.

Really yummy, but the cooking time is off. I cooked the quiche for around 45 minutes. I also added mushrooms and green onions.

Great way to use up leftovers. Used baked potatoes, cubed to make crust & added some cooked broccoli. A bit too bland for my tastes though. Will try this again, but will add onions & garlic.

This was great and so easy to make. I had to cook mine a little longer than the recipe calls for. This would be wonderful for a luncheon or a buffet dinner party.
