Wonderful dish for asparagus...I used fat free evaporated milk thickened with a bit of cornstarch, instead of the heavy cream. I needed to lower the fat content. Dish was so deliscious. My young son who hates most veggies , had two helpings!!!!

This disappeared quickly - no leftovers. I did my best to screw this recipe up, including breaking my food processor, but it still turned out great. The next time I will probably just chop the asparagus and mix it into the potatoes. Delicious side dish!

I followed the general recipe, used sweet potatoes, yogurt and butter instead of a white sauce, and muenster instead of parmesan. Overall, delicious! But not quite the recipe. :)

This was a nice change from regular mashed potatoes but it wasn't anything spectacular. I might make this again and add some cheese into the potato/asparagus mix.

Used half and half and we loved it. I halved the recipe for two of us..just the right amount. My husband licked the bowl clean!
