This recipe is quite easy. I used spaghetti sauce after I sauteed the onions and garlic and browned the meat. My husband had seconds; I thought it was pretty good.

This is a very tasty alternative to traditional pot roast and/or typical meat sauce for pasta. I've tried this many times and tasted a similar version from my sister-in-law. To make it easier for some, it's just as good if you use store bought sauce from a jar and add whatever you like extra. This is another recipe I've left all day in the slow cooker on low (minus the pasta, of course) and just boil your noodles when you're ready to eat! It's DELICIOUS!!
