the pork could have been spiced up a little--it was quite bland. daughter added extra cheese to skillet and the potatoes cooked up nicely. very enjoyable!

This was great! My husband kept saying that it tasted like it was made at a fancy resturant. It was SO easy,and delicious. I didn't have any lemon juice or parmesan cheese and it still came out great!

I was very hesitant to make this because it has not been reviewed yet, but it sounded good. and it was... it was REALLY good! My husband said he would have given it a three because it wasn't "awesome" but I thought it deserved a little more. The only adjustment I made to it this time was that I used a can of beef broth instead of the water and beef bullion. The potatoes were the best part- really tender and flavorful. Will definately make again.
