Tender pork turnovers. Filling can be used for almost anything else, such as taco filling. Can be frozen baked or unbaked. If baking from freezer, do not thaw. Bake in preheated 350 degree F oven for 25 to 30 minutes. Reheat baked frozen at 350 for 15 minutes.

Pork is simmered with rice, served with salted egg and hundred-year egg then garnished with ginger and green onion. This is a favorite brunch item served in dim sum restaurants.

Shredded pork and rice with a Thai flavor. Perfect for the slow cooker. Our family's favorite dish. For extra spicy tastes, serve Thai garlic chile paste on the side.

This is an amazing shredded pork recipe similar to what you would eat in a rice bowl (or in an enchilada) at a Mexican restaurant. It is easy to prepare and simmers in a slow cooker all day, ready to enjoy when you arrive home. I serve it over rice (laced with lime juice and fresh cilantro), Cheddar cheese, salsa, guacamole, and a dollop of sour cream. Amazing!

The pork shoulder roast, sometimes labeled as Boston butt, is a rich and flavorful cut that becomes very tender as it cooks. This pulled pork is slow cooked and then simmered on the stove with salsa and tomatoes. Serve with warm tortillas or hard taco shells.

Pork and Dumplings

Chilly weather calls for stick-to-your-ribs comfort food, and this easy dish sticks with the best of them. Pork chops are oven-baked in a seasoned broth, then home-made dumplings are steamed in the same broth and served over the chops.

Savory pork butt with a smokey flavor. Any coarse salt can be used in place of the Hawaiian sea salt.
