I liked the flavors, kids didn't like it though. If you like oriental noodles you will b\like the flavor of this. I marinated for 5 hours, but am not sure this added anything to the dish.

Delicious, my husband loved it and was sad that it was a small, 2-person dish instead of the standard 4-6 person dish. Definitely use reduced-sodium soy sauce unless you like things salty.

This was ok, but rather bland. I added a variety of vegetables but otherwise followed the recipe exactly. Next time I might add some hoisin sauce to add to the flavor.

I made this for dinner and it was incredibly delicious . I made a few changes . I didn't have ginger root so I skipped that ingredient but I did add a little sugar to the marinade . I thought the soy sauce and chicken broth might make it too salty ,especially paired with the pork . I marinated the meat overnight and used red and yellow peppers when cooking . I would've added an onion but didn't have one, next time will makesure I do. Overall this was a great dish with so much flavor and it was a big hit with the kids.

This was delicious! My husband is already asking me to make it again! I added a bunch of veggies to it because I love veggies and it needed more. I added a bag of fresh green beans, sliced carrots, a sliced zucchini and a can of water chestnuts. I changed it to 6 servings and it fed my husband and I for 3 meals. I marinated the pork the night before. The prep time took a lot longer than it said on the recipe, but maybe that’s because I added so much to it. I used a wok for cooking everything because I didn’t have a big enough non-stick skillet. The only thing I’m going to do different next time is use regular soy sauce (instead of the low sodium soy sauce) because we were both adding a bunch of soy sauce as we were eating it. But this is one of our favorite dishes now.

This is a great recipe Dice the vegetables early in the day then cook it up quickly at dinner time. Added sliced baby carrots needed the extra veggie!
