"Have the family help make these quick fajitas. Little ones can help sprinkle cheese, older children can help with rolling the tortillas up. Make sure that an adult is present to help with the stove and sharp objects. Serve with your favorite rice mix."

boneless pork loin roast, cut into thin strips
green bell pepper, cut into thin strips
(8 to 10 inch) flour tortillas
shredded Cheddar cheese
Chopped cilantro or parsley
Pretty good ! Very easy to put together in about a half-hour. I partially thawed two frozen 1/2-pound pork chops and sliced those into strips. And, instead of warming the tortillas in the microwave, I fried them in a frying pan lightly oiled with olive oil on medium heat, about 20 seconds on each side.
Pretty good. I added some red pepper and purple onion to the mix as well. Served with a little grated cheese and sour cream. Very quick and easy meal.
