The flavor was good and of course the meat was tender. I cooked it to 145 degrees, otherwise it would have been over-cooked. Useing the broiler took longer than the time stated. Question: How do you use the 1/3 cup olive oil? In the recipe it uses only 1 tablespoon of oil for the onions.
