This was very good! The tenderloin was moist, the marinade added nice flavor to the pork and the mustard sauce was a good compliment. My only minor complaint is that mine didn't look too appetizing. The red wine/soy sauce turns it a grey-purple.

I'm generous with my stars because I know that I only try the highest rated dishes. This one was fairly simple and I had all of the ingredients on hand. My 3 year old liked the pork too (w/out mustard sauce)! The mustard powder really does change the kick to the sauce, so add according to your tastes.
